The Zero 5G is Infinix’s first attempt at a 5G smartphone in India. Infinix Zero 5G: Features, Specifications
The Infinix Zero 5G sports a 6.78-inch Full HD+ LCD with a 120Hz screen refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling, and 500 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek’s Dimensity 900 chipset, which is built on the 6 nanometer fabrication process and is coupled with a Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. It comes with 3-D Cooling Master technology to keep its temperature down during intensive tasks such as gaming or video recording. It is equipped with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM, which can be expanded to 13GB via the virtual RAM feature. The handset comes with 128GB UFS 3.1 storage, which can be expanded further via the microSD card slot.
In the photography department, it comes with a 48MP primary camera coupled with a 13MP telephoto with 2x optical zoom, and a 2MP depth sensor. The cameras are capable of video shooting in 4K at 30fps and feature a 960fps slo-mo recording function. For selfie aficionados, it comes with a 16MP front camera, which resides in the centre mounted hole-punch cutout on the display.

Infinix recently conducted 5G trials on its Zero 5G smartphone in association with Jio in India. The Zero 5G gets 13 bands of 5G support, which is quite commendable. Other noteworthy features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual SIM, dedicated microSD card slot, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth v5.2, Wi-Fi 6, USB-C and DTS Surround Sound, among other features. The smartphone runs on XOS 10 on top of Android 11 out of the box. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery under its hood, which is coupled with 33-watt fast charging.

The Infinix Zero 5G comes with a price tag of ₹19,999. It can be bought online via Flipkart from February 18, 2022 onwards. It comes in Cosmic Black and Skylight Orange colourways.
